Purple Secret Beauty Lounge is a well-established beauty salon known for its exceptional customer service and high-quality beauty treatments. We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Beautician and Salon Manager to join our team.

*Responsibilities:*

Provide a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, makeup application, facials, manicures, pedicures, and waxing to clients
Manage and supervise the daily operations of the salon, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to health and safety regulations
Train, mentor, and supervise salon staff, providing guidance and feedback to improve their skills and performance
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses, and prepare regular reports for management
Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the salon, including equipment and supplies
Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends and techniques, and incorporate them into the salon's services and products
Manage the scheduling of appointments and ensure efficient use of time and resources
*Requirements:*

Proven experience as a beautician and salon manager
Excellent knowledge of beauty treatments, techniques, and products
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively
Good organizational and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to the beauty industry
Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays, as needed
