BILATERAL OCCLUSION IS KEY TO SUCCESS.
A story of 70 year old patient walked in our office with unilateral fractured implants.
Fractured implants trephined but at the cost of further bone loss.
Upper edentulous space restored with one tilted and one pterygoid implant with non invasive keyhole surgery.
Lower bilateral occlusion restored with temporary RPD but patient c/o repeated denture fracture.
Finally we planned a TELESCOPIC DENTURE.

Patient reported to clinic with complaint of bad smile.
O/E : Missing canine.
Case correction: Done with lithium disilicate crowns with central and lateral incisor, mesial composite on premolar to mimic canine.
