Garba at Face & Figure Gym

Face & figure Gym had a unique garba event for its members. It was a fusion of garba with gym.
In the fun filled event, the theme was red and the participants did garba using dumb bells.
The dance forms in garba include exercises like squats, waist rotation, arm workouts These not help in getting a flat belly but also help in improving blood circulation,cardio vascular strength & physical agility. It also helps in improving gait & posture thereby developing grace & elegance.
