🚨FRAUD ALERT! ⚠️IMPORTANT NOTICE ⚠️
On 22–23 April, a lady client visited our salon for services including Nanoplastia & Hair Global. As she was apparently facing difficulty while walking, our team showed empathy and provided her with a special discount.
Unfortunately, while our staff members were busy attending other clients, she left the salon without clearing the remaining payment amount and later we also discovered a missing wristwatch from the salon premises.
Despite multiple attempts to contact her afterward, we received no proper response.
This post is not to spread negativity, but to make fellow salon owners and professionals aware and alert during service and payment handling. Sometimes kindness gets misused, and we felt it was important to share this experience so others stay cautious.
We still believe in treating every client with respect, empathy, and care — but awareness is equally important.
