how much water we should drink
8 glass? 10? glass 12?? glass or what too confusing right ?
hey guys its absolutely absurd to drink water if you are not thirsty its myth that you gain weight or loose weight if you drink lots water .guys but you are definitely destroying your system. Make it simple drink when you are thirsty and eat when you are hungry .on the other hand you are burdening your system if you are over drinking it . βFor example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues. βYour metabolism is basically a series of chemical reactions that take place in your body,β . so right amount of water is required to keep the system working in the efficient manner .what is "right amount water" thats your body tells you if you are thirsty .THUMB RULE IS DRINK WHEN YOU ARE THIRSTY EAT WHEN YOU ARE HUNGRY.

what is the remedy for low stomach acid or acid re flux.
very very important
just relax before taking meal .so many ways to relax choose one which ever you like
* just breath in and out a for 10 min focusing on your breath
* listen any music only music no multitasking( i know guys your are super busy but do it for your body and mind)
or create your own way , Important is to relax your self so your body release juices required to digest food.
* Take one spoon of apple cider vinegar in one cup of water just before every meal( 15 min before every meal)
* There should be at least 6 hours gap between two carbohydrate meal you can take fruits and juices between two meal but no carbohydrate like biscuit , namkeen chips and all that stuff.
* Take glass of warm lime water

I am sure most of you suffer from low stomach acid more then sometimes in your life .
what is low stomach acid ?
we all have acid in our stomach that is called (HCL) ie hydrocloric acid that is required to digest and absorb food like proteins, folic acid , vitamin A and vitamin B12. AS there is low acid in our stomach we dont absorb or digest our food properly that leads problem like blenching , hiccups, flatulence and constipation and skin problem (acne and irritation) .
