हाइपरटेंशन 🥴
यानी हाई ब्लड प्रेशर एक खतरनाक बीमारी है।

(बढ़ती उम्र के कारण शरीर में होने वाले बदलावों के कारण भी हाई ब्लड प्रेशर की समस्या हो सकती है)
