Mrunalini Aurangabadkar

Woman International Master (WIM) Mrunalini Kunte is a former chess player who was a National Champion and one of India’s strongest female players of the 1990s. She represented India internationally and achieved high-level recognition at a time when few women did, making her a role model in Indian chess. Today, as the founder of Kuntes Chess Academy in Pune, she nurtures young talent and promotes structured training, inspiring the next generation of players.

A Kathak artist by profession, Rashmi has been pursuing her passion for dance since childhood. She completed her master’s in psychology and has taught at prestigious institutions such as SIMS. She now serves as the principal of Kala Chhaya, a premier institution for the arts.

Mrs. Amruta Deogaonkar, a civil engineer by education and a business entrepreneur, is the BJP Mahila Morcha Adhyaksha for Kothrud Dakshin Mandal. She has previously led the BJP Business Cell Pune for five years and actively works to promote entrepreneurship and community initiatives. She manages Nisarg Chhaya, a senior citizen short-stay facility in Bhugaon, and DestiNation Co-working, a space for startups, along with Unnati – Women Empowerment Platform under the mentorship of Hon. Minister Shri Chandrakant Dada Patil.

She is the Vice President at Ravetkar Group, managing all aspects of the business beyond construction. Music defines her, reading fuels her curiosity, and cooking is her meditation. A devoted yoga practitioner for seven years, she draws strength and balance from it, while sarees remain a lasting passion. She has also recently completed her LLB, adding another dimension to her journey.
