ડો યોગેશ વસાણી
એક કિલો કરકરો અડદ નો લોટ મા ૧૦૦ ગ્રામ ગાય ઘી અને એક વાટકો દૂધ નો ધ્રાબો દેવો એટલે ધ્રાબો એટલે અે ત્રણેય મિક્ષ કરી ૩૦ મિનિટ રાખવો, પછી ધ્રાબા ને ઘઉં ના ચારણા થી ચારી નાખવો પછી એમાં ૫૦ ગ્રામ સફેદ મૂસળી, ૫૦ ગ્રામ અશ્વગંધા, ૫૦ ગ્રામ સાલમ પંજા, ૫૦ ગ્રામ શતાવરી, એક કિલો પાંચસો ગ્રામ ગાય ઘી મા ધીમા તાપે બ્રાઉન થાય ત્યાં સુધી શેકવું પછી એમાં બે તાર ની એક કિલો ખાંડ ની ચાસણી નાખવી, પછી અઢીસો ગ્રામ માવો ખમણી ને નાખવો, ૧૫૦ ગ્રામ ઘી મા તડેલ ગુંદ, ૧૦૦ ગ્રામ સૂંઠ પાઉડર, ૨૫ ગ્રામ મરી પાઉડર, અડધું જાયફળ પાઉડર, ચપટી જાવિંત્રી, થોડી એલચી પાઉડર, ચપટી દૂધ મા પલાળેલ કેસર, ૧૦૦ ગ્રામ ઘી મા શેકેલ બદામ ના કટકા, ૧૦૦ ગ્રામ ઘી મા શેકેલ કાજુ, મિક્ષ કરવા, પછી થાળી મા ઘી લગાવી પથારી દેવો અને માથે કાજુ, બદામ, પિસ્તા ની પતરી, ટોપરું ખમણ, અને ખસખસ પાથરી દેવા...
