For 4 days this April, time stopped. Beach Bliss was our yoga retreat in Kalametiya, Sri Lanka. But it was sooo much more than I could have imagined. Movement, laughter, connection, and the most incredible sunsets.
My heart is so full as I post this, and honestly, feeling a little emotional too. 🥹 Grateful beyond words for every single soul who joined this retreat and made it so special. Thank you for your trust, your energy, your openness, and for making this experience what it was.
And a very special thanks to for capturing it all so beautifully and brining this reel to life.

Chair Yoga Workshop Part 1: Backbending
Sunday, 24th May

Join us for a 90-minute workshop focused on opening up the shoulders and upper back through a series of preparatory drills and prop-assisted techniques. We’ll gradually work our way into deeper backbends in a safe and progressive manner.
This workshop is open to all beginner and intermediate practitioners. Using chairs and other props, we’ll explore different ways to support and deepen our backbending practice.
