Acidity baar-baar pareshaan karti hai? Kuch easy gharelu nuskhe try karo. Khane ke baad thoda sa saunf chabao, digestion better hota hai. Thanda doodh ya ek glass normal water bhi jalan kam kar sakta hai. Adrak wali chai ya adrak ka chhota tukda helpful hota hai. Tulsi ke patte chabana bhi acidity me rahat deta hai. Heavy, oily aur spicy food avoid karo, aur dinner jaldi karo. Ek saath zyada khane ki jagah thoda-thoda khao. Agar acidity roz ho rahi hai, doctor se consult zaroor karo. Healthy habits hi best treatment hain.

Sirf gym jaane walon ko nahi, har insaan ko protein chahiye for muscles, immunity, skin, hair aur recovery. Healthy logon mein normal protein intake kidney damage nahi karta. Protein se uric acid nahi, balki kuch high purine foods issue kar sakte hain. Women ko bhi proper protein utna hi zaroori hai. Yaad rakho—protein powder supplement hai, meal replacement nahi. Pehle diet sahi karo, phir zarurat ho toh smartly use karo.
