☕️🥛 LIQUID CALORIES 🥛☕️
Liquid calories so who exactly should and shouldn’t be having these?�.�Who should avoid them? 🤔
People who are in a calorie deficit and find themselves getting hungry. Not only are a lot of these drinks high in calories but they are full of sugar. This causes blood sugars to rise quickly and then dip causing a further spike in hunger. To top that off they are not filling and a bad trade of vs food.�Who can utilize them? 😝
Plain and simple hard gainers. Yes some people struggle to put weight on and eating masses amounts of food each day can be hard if you’re someone who struggles to put weight on. So throwing a 400-500 calories mocchhafrapppochinoooo in can be pretty handy.�Side note be careful on the amount of sugar you’re taking in if you’re having these type of drinks as the sugar index is crazy high. .
Before anyone moans about milk saying they need it fro calcium. Well there’s a ton of food with more calcium than milk in plus there’s 100 reasons not to drink milk but we’ll save that for another post 🥛🥛🥛
