1. Rise and Shine with the Sun (or a Gentle Alarm!)

Waking up naturally with the sun can do wonders for your body's internal clock. If that's not possible, choose an alarm sound that's gentle and gradually gets louder, rather than a jarring buzz. Avoid hitting snooze repeatedly!

2. Hydrate Your Body (and Mind!)

After hours of sleep, your body is dehydrated. Start your day with a large glass of water, perhaps with a squeeze of lemon for an extra kick. This kickstarts your metabolism and helps flush out toxins.

3. Move Your Body (Even Just a Little!)

Whether it's a full workout, a few stretches, or a short walk around the block, getting your body moving in the morning boosts blood flow, energy levels, and mood. You'll feel more awake and ready to tackle the day.

4. Cultivate Calm with Gratitude or Meditation

Take a few moments to focus on your breath, practice mindfulness, or simply think about things you're grateful for. This practice can reduce stress, improve focus, and set a positive tone for the entire day.
