So here I start with the first regime that is commonly called as HIIT or high intensity interval training which is the best way of calorie burn that results in weight loss with full satisfaction...
This regime includes 40 mins of workout and 10 mins of body toning from monday to Friday...n Saturday is a complimentary yoga day where will do 35 mins of yoga, 20 mins of pranayama and 10 mins of stress free meditation...
This workout is for 5 days I.e 3 to 7 may n 8 may is yoga day....
N next I ll come with different regime... So please join and give a satisfactory workout treat to ur body.
