DEFEAT. FAILURE. LOSE
These are very simple words but going through this phase creates a very big impact on oneself.
This is a very crucial Space/ Time between being failed and restart/ prepare/ push/ motivate yourself for a new beginning.
I know some will say it's the mentality of a person whether to take failure in a big way or in a small way. It depends on the handling the situation. But, the thing is the Time/ the Space/ the Phase after getting knocked down repeatedly though giving your best.
Each and Everytime I stand up
Each and Everytime I fail, even though studying the outcome and getting prepared for all the questions like WHY? HOW?
Pushing myself mentality and physically that their will be a better tomorrow but ends all in vein again. But I am not losing faith, again I stand, I prepare myself, again I study WHY? and HOW? and again I fail. Every morning I push myself and say "Today is my day" and "Today everything will be alright." But again I fail. I improve and make sure not to do the same mistake I did yesterday. Again I try, I fail
I try, I fail
I try, I fail......
This time of failure to the time I try one more time, and to stay motivated one more time, that duration of time is short but it's long only I can feel and understand.
I did everything to push myself, to get out of the dark phase. I change the directions/ the procedures/ the process and every little thing. Alas, again I fail.
What should I do?
Everytime I loose in life, there are several thoughts:
1. Aim I a loser
2. Should I ever win
3. Should I ever get what I desired
4. Should I give up
5. Should I get motivated
6. Should I try one more time
7. What if I tried one more time and again I fail
8. Should I regret
9. Should I get jealous of somebody who gets everything what they thought of
10. Should I loose my temper
11. Should I harm myself
12. Should I bang doors and lock myself in a room
13. Should I get frustrated and think how can I put my frustration on somebody or something so that I can get relief
14. Was I am destined to loose
15. This is my END
Every morning I get up, I push/ motivate myself and try not to do the same mistake I did yesterday. But though I fail. Still I got one thing in life i.e. HOPE.
One thing is very clear to me

Menopause is the disturbances in menstrual cycle due to age factor. Menopause is also known as "Change of life."
This disturbances can create mood swings, dizziness, depression, seems everything vague, emptiness, unusual body aches, weight disturbances, hot flushes, insomnia, hyperactive and many more. Every symptom differs from person to person.
These types of changes occurs in the body due to hormonal Imbalances. Hormones are any various chemical in the body that carried by the blood and that includes the body growth and how it works. As we age, hormones also changes.
Premenopause and menopause affects mood swings, as the hustle and bustle of working life, raising children and getting finances on track are some of major reasons as though they don't find time for own self.
1. Sometimes they need somebody to just to sit with them. Sitting doesn't means talking or they want to share something but sitting quietly also boost their morale and help them to remain calm in certain situations, just like children need parents to sit with them.
2. They need their own space, want to enjoy their own moment. For that I would suggest them to go for a walk or join dinner external activities other than household chores which make them tried physically and mentally both. As women who are physical active other than household chores are least affected by the menopause effects, stimulate their mood swings and also experiences lesser unusual body aches. Also improved their petrified mind sets and thoughts. As in menopause, the bone density decreases. Joining any sports activity also benefits them in several ways. Researches have proven that, in premenopause and menopause doing any sports activities not only make you fit, but also helps in maintaining joint and small muscles around the joints, keeps weight and food intake in control.
I heartily salute all the superwomen, who are going through and who have been gone through such major and Unique Imbalance.

THE FEROCIOUS CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
Today whole world is suffering from a very deadly and atomic virus. As we all know that is CORONAVIRUS which in short named as COVID-19.
CORONAVIRUS are group of related RNA viruses that causes disease in mammals and birds. In human, this viruses attacks to the respiratory system/ organs.
Respiratory system is a series of organs responsible for taking oxygen and expelling carbon dioxide. Primary respiratory organ is LUNGS. This type of virus belongs to SARS family. SARS-severe acute respiratory syndrome.
When we are infected with virus, we go through symptoms like fever, sneezing, diarrhea, body ache but one more symptom is added in case of coronavirus i.e. breathlessness. In virus infection the symptoms we may see in 48 to 72 how i.e. 2 to 3 days, but in case of coronavirus result may pop up in 312 to 336 hours which is 13 to 14 days.
Time taken by virus is minimum as it covers small part of our lungs whether it's external, middle or internal. As in case of coronavirus it infected the whole lung, so the time taken is more and is deadly. Viruses are contagious, coronavirus affects the whole part and has a ferocious symptoms of breathlessness and it's spread 100x times faster than any other virus so it's atomic too. Though attacking on respiratory system, indirectly decreases immune system. Immune system is the defence system of our body. Immune system is a complex of cells and proteins that defends the body against infection.

You and I are undoubtedly living in one of the most prosperous advanced times in human history with much more resources available to us. To increase the immunity system, we are blessed with varieties of food and fruits and especially seasonal fruits. Small amount of nuts in morning and evening with snacks is a good combination. Keep in mind that digesting food is one of the most energy draining process, the body undergoes through each day. The bigger the meal, the more food you give your body to digest, the more drained you will feel.
Workout plays a major role in increasing immune system. In recent scenario, as we couldn't go out and majority of people don't have equipments. So some of the basic workout to increase immune system are-

We all know that workout schedule and diet schedule are interrelated. 30% of workout and 70% of diet schedule.
One thing I would like to suggest, do not start both schedules on the same time. Their must be a gap between these two schedules. Such as, first start with workout after 7 or 10 days start with your diet schedule. In this way you can thoroughly know the systematic way of doing both of the schedule as per your timings and the gap of 7 or 10 days will also help your body to get used to the new routine cycle.
