Nowadays I’m wondering about my metabolism. Past few weeks (definitely more than six weeks)was not in a good clean diet. Was eating everything like high suger high carb ,juices, cream, bread ,rice , milk tea etc .. there was no control but protein intake was as usual high. Workout was not consistent. Once in a week sometimes twice in a week. I was never ever bothered about my calories intake in my entire life . I only bothered about my protein intake .because I know it’s the business of muscle.
