I know someone who, after finishing their studies, found a German company that arranged a visa, language course, and even a company training program for them without any notable resume, and now they live in Germany.
But I, with this resume, workload, and knowledge, get rejected from every place I apply to, and their only response is that it was a tough choice between me and another candidate. Meaning, I’ve always made it to the final two. But why???
یک نفر رو میشناسم که بعد از تمام شدن درسش، یک شرکت آلمانی پیدا کرد و بدون هیچ رزومه خاصی، آن شرکت برایش ویزا و دوره زبان و حتی کورس آشنایی با کار شرکت را گذاشت و الان در آلمان زندگی میکند.
اما من با این رزومه و حجم کاری و دانش؛ برای هرجا که رزومه می‌فرستم، ریجکت میشوم و تنها جواب آنها هم انتخابی سخت بین من و فردی دیگر بوده است. یعنی همیشه تا نفر دوم گزینش بالارفته بودم. اما چرا؟؟؟
