Together with .reykjavik we would like to invite you to join us for a peaceful sound bath evening tomorrow, Sunday the 12th March. It will be a time to immerse ourselves in sound and silence, quieten the mind, relax the body and release tensions or stress accumulated in our bodies.
We start at 18:30, so please give yourself enough time to come and get a spot (18:20 the latest). Please bring a mat and a blanket with you. Wear comfy clothes, open your mind, set your intentions and allow yourself to experience what comes to you with no expectations 😊

I've teamed up with Edition by Marriott Spa in Reykjavík to create amazing heated sound relaxation sessions in their Hammam 😍 It's a 45-minute group relaxation and we do it on selected Sundays at 11:00 AM. After our sound session you get to stay at the Spa for a couple of hours and use the Hammam, hot tub, sauna and steam bath 🥰 You also receive delicious refreshments after our session to help you get back to your senses after a deep dive within 🤩 More info about the event and bookings in the link in the comments 😊 See you there 🙏

Now, I know it is The national holiday but I know some of you are coming so if you feel like joining, please do so 😁
We are meeting this Friday at 17:00 in my studio in Ármúli 24
45 minutes of meditation in sound lead by the energy of the Tibetan bowls. Free of charge.
Because of this special day, I would like to suggest the intention of this meditation to be: independence, strength and inner peace 🙏💖

This is an open invitation. If you feel like coming, feel free to join. There's no need to confirm, there's no need to cancel. Just show up, take your spot and enjoy the moment 😊
If you decide to come, please arrive no later than 16:50 so everyone can get comfortable and ready. We start at 17:00. You can bring a yoga mat and a blanket with you.
