Today is International Woman’s Day!
Male or female has never been an issue when choosing the right staff for me. What counts is where you look and how you face your tasks.
We are exactly half femal and half male here in the workshop and I wish that this ratio is achieved as well soon in many other companies.
Here in Italy ”La festa della donna” is a big celebration.
