A clean, lightened, cute and quiet apartment in the center of Rome.the house is very nice and calm. the living room with fireplace has direct access to a beautiful terrace with a special view of S. The house is fully furnished and equipped, ideal for families, business people, couples or groups of friends.

"Patrizia was an excellent host and her house is just beautiful. The location is fantastic, 3 minute walk from metro station and 2 stops away from Termini. The Basilica San Giovanni in Laterano it’s just at the corner. The rests of antique aqueduct it is just in front of you and you can admire it from the wide terrace of the 6th floor. The apt is cozy, quiet and clean. Perfect if you have kids, there are toys that you can use. We enjoyed the delicious gateau that Patrizia offered us. There was coffee, thé , milk and juice for breakfast and bisquits as well. There are basic stuff if you want to cook (salt, sugar, ect.) , the kitchen well equipped. We also cooked and eat inside on Easter Day because of the heavy rain outside. We will certainly come back to stay at CosiBella House for our next visit to Rome.

Patrizia é un eccellente padrona di casa e la sua casa è davvero Cozy! La posizione è fantastica, a 3 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana e 2 fermate da Termini. La Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano è proprio all'angolo. I resti dell'antico acquedotto son proprio di fronte a voi e li si può ammirare dalla spaziosa terrazza al 6 ° piano. L'apt è accogliente, tranquillo e pulito. Perfetto se si hanno dei bambini, ci sono giocattoli che è possibile utilizzare. Abbiamo apprezzato la deliziosa torta che Patrizia ci ha offerto. C'era caffè, thé, latte e succo di frutta per colazione e anche biscotti. Se si ha voglia di cucinare trovete la cose di base (sale, zucchero, ecc.), La cucina é ben attrezzata. Abbiamo anche cucinato e mangiato in casa il giorno di Pasqua a causa della forte pioggia fuori. Ci sarà sicuramente occasione per tornare da CozyBella House per la nostra prossima visita a Roma.

"A perfectly wonderful apartment in a terrific location. Patrizia was a very attentive host. Special treats are a balcony overlooking a residential park. LOTS OF LIGHT! Very spacious, charmingly Italian in all respects. Patrizia even made reservations for our travel to and from the airport. She responded immediately to any texted inquiry and her English is very good. I hope you enjoy your stay there as much as we did."

"Beautifully appointed Roman apartment. Wonderful for children. We truly enjoyed the balcony everyday. The beds where comfortable. Away from the bustle of the city but only 10 minutes to any of the roman monuments by metro. I would recommend this apartment to any of our family or friends when they stay in Rome."
