I often get comments that I look younger for my 41 years and have great skin, so here’s my face massage routine.

Start with deep circular motions on the décolleté for about one minute.
Move up to the SCM muscle and gently relax it.
Along the jawline, work a little deeper to release tension and adhesions—nothing harsh, just slow, controlled pressure.

Next, work close to the nose to ease the tension that forms nasolabial folds for 30 seconds to one minute.

To finish, place one hand on the eyebrow and slowly glide the other toward the hairline.
