Nurturing Touch Pregnancy and Baby Massage

My Story

I am a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM). I teach baby massage to groups of parents or 1-2-1 depending on individual needs.

Baby massage a lovely bonding activity to do with your young baby between 4+ wks to pre crawling, as well as helping you to understand your baby’s cues better. Each week we learn to massage a different part of the body: I demonstrate a sequence of massage strokes and soothing holds on my baby massage doll whilst you massage your baby. This can help with sleep, general relaxation for both you and your baby, and gives relief from a variety of symptoms including wind, colic and constipation.
The course runs over 6 sessions, the massage part lasts 60 minutes followed by a chance to talk to other parents over tea and homemade cake. Classes are relaxed, fun and totally baby friendly so you can tend to your baby whatever their needs. I’m based in St Saviour with parking immediately outside. Courses usually start every month with a range of days or I can arrange courses for groups of friends.

The other area of my work is as a Therapist - I specialise in Holistic Aromatherapy Pregnancy and Postnatal Massage. I work from my treatment room in St Saviour with parking immediately outside.

I also offer Aromatherapy Massage, Indian Head Massage and Reiki.
