Cancellation and no show salon policy

Due to an increase in last minute cancelations and no show appointments we have taken the decision to introduce policies that will be in place to protect against time wasted and loss of earnings.

This has not been easy and we have worked hard to avoid having to put this in place however we can longer carry on absorbing the losses this causes to the business.
We understand that sometimes life events happen that require change of plans and strive to accommodate and work with clients to ensure we are providing the best service we can with careful understanding and consideration of these situations.
We value our customers time and loyalty but we also need to protect our business so that we can continue to provide this moving forward.

New salon policies moving forward are as follows.

Cancellations of appointments given with less than 12 hours notice will now incur a 50% charge payable on the next appointment.

No show appointments will incur a 100% charge on the next appointment.

Services over the value of £100 booked could require a 50% deposit at the discretion of the stylist to secure booking.

We ask for your understanding and support and look forward to seeing you soon in the salon.
