Growing muscle
I remember when having a sculptured body was a result of being very productive. The farmer would shape his body by being productive, likewise the athlete, the gardener, the construction worker, the chef, the box lifter on the sound system and people walking long journey to get to their destination. Now most activities are replaced by machinery and people pay huge sums to get fitness trainers without being actually productive.
Is this really advancement when people are living sedentary lives leading to major illnesses.

This was just a test run. We have become so addicted to Facebook in such serious ways. It is almost be relied on like oxygen. Please heed the warning one day it may dissappear for good. Let us practice some coping skills like having real conversations with real people or go back to reading books. A walk in the community to reacquaint with our neighbors could be a blessing.
