Our thermal caps are very easy to use. Here is a demo on what to do when you get your cap. A series of shaking and using the microwave at 45 second intervals and you will be ready to use your cap. Do not forget to cover your hair before putting on the cap. This will keep your cap clean and help to keep the heat trapped.
