Introducing "The Three Kings". Yesterday was my last triathlon for the year and I picked up another 2 metals for an Ironman Distance Triathlon (1.2 miles swimming, 56 miles riding, and 13 miles running). The metal in the middle is for the Olympic triathlon (1-mile swimming, 25 miles riding, and 6 miles running) that I completed in September. .

Today was my first 🚲 & 🏃 in almost a most. The ride was great but I need to do some work on my running after I get off the bike (heart rate was too high).

Goals for August 2019

1 - Complete a Olympic triathlon
2 - Complete 60 Mile Bike Ride
3 - Get down to 245 lbs & 26% BF

Yesterday I completed my first triathlon (800 Meter swim, 18 Miles Bike & 3 Miles Run). 2 hours and 18 minutes

Long Run | Discipline, Commitment, Toughness, Effort & Pride

I went for a 6 mile run and I was feeling really good although it was pouring rain. The more I ran the better I felt. I was felling so good the I almost set a new half Marathon PR. I was 1 minute and 14 seconds of my PR. 16 days until .
