Some days are harder than others. And sometimes you lose that focus. I find quality time spent with loved ones, takes you back to a good place...that focused place...that place where it’s easier to hear your heart

Baths have always been a super safe space for me. Does anyone else feel this way? I’m not sure what it is about the hot water but it makes me feel so comforted. I love adding scents and bits of flowers as well, and those super fun bath bombs. Not that I have those very often, but this picture was so calming and beautiful I had to share it.
