Perfect posture isn’t practical. But knowledge is power and practicing these can help keep away back pain, especially if you already have a history of back pain. Practicing these ergonomic tips are always a good idea, sit upright and have your screen at eye level and close enough to you that you do not need to lean in to see it properly. Also, as the saying goes, lift with your legs and not your back. Stay close to the object, keep your Back straight, bend your knees to pick it up and straighten them to lift up the object.
