74 years young, and he’s got a few more on me. People keep telling us to slow down. We keep turning the music up 😏
We’re not trying to be young again.
We just want enough energy to keep showing up.To dance. To climb the hill behind the house. To cook for the whole family on Sunday. And every so often, remind the grandkids who taught them their moves 😎
That’s what energy is to me: freedom ⚡
My routine is nothing fancy. I move my body every day, eat real food from the ground, drink bush tea in the morning and go to bed on time. No secrets, no miracles. Just what my grandmother taught me, done every day without fail.
So when the music starts? We’re already on our feet ❤️
Want to know what keeps me glowing?
Comment GLOW and I’ll send you my book 🌿👇(Follow me first so my message doesn’t get lost in your hidden requests 💌)
Too excited to wait? The link is in my bio.
