Some days I feel like this is closer to happening to me in my 9-5.
Yesterday closing out our Financial Year End was no joke. I worked 8:30am to 11pm on Thursday, 8:30am to 12:15am Friday into Saturday then was back at it again Saturday 8:00am to 7pm.
Because of the lack of rest, improper diet, and work stress… I had a WHOLE DAY of sneezing. No matter what I ate or the meds I took it didn’t help my sinusitis because I was at the point of no return and knew it.
I also knew the only thing that could solve it was rest! I woke up at 1:30pm today and feel and look (was so pale yesterday) so much better!
