Next week is Mother’s Day. My mom, Andree, who founded Le Spa ( & whom I am endlessly proud of), asked me to share a small reminder that we offer gift vouchers for those who would like to treat their mothers to a our little refuge of self care & stillness.

Instead of making a corporate-style post, I wanted to write something from the heart, because that’s exactly how my mother has always treated Le Spa, with heart.

So yes, we have beautiful little gift cards if you’d like to make your mother feel like the queen she is. But this post is also for my mother : my best friend, the woman I still spend 10 hours a day with even at the age of 38. The most extraordinary woman I know. Andree, I love you. 🥲

And to my beautiful late grandmother, Heli, whose name comes from the sun, and whose bright love still surrounds us.

Finally, here is to all mothers — especially the mothers in our region who have endured so much. I don’t have children myself, but I can only imagine the strength it takes to hold a family together in difficult times. You are truly the brightest lights in this dark and complicated world. ✨
