いつも私どもを温かくサポートしていただき、誠にありがとうございます。
この度、昨今頻発しております無断キャンセル、当日キャンセル、大幅な遅刻による多大な負担と損失への対策として、誠に恐縮ながらキャンセルポリシーを正式に発表させていただくことになりました。
つきましては、以下の通りキャンセルポリシーを適用させていただきます。
■キャンセルポリシー
* ご予約日の前日17時以降、当日を含め、直前キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
* 直前キャンセルされた場合、ご予約いただいていたメニュー料金の全額をお支払いいただきます。
* 1時間枠（カット、ヘアセット、シャンプーブローなど）のご予約で20分以上、2時間以上のメニュー（カラー、ハイライト、パーマ、縮毛矯正など）で30分以上の遅刻は、キャンセル扱いとさせていただきます。
* 上記の場合、ご予約いただいたメニュー料金の全額をお支払いいただきます。
* 10〜15分の遅刻の場合でも、施術内容の短縮が必要となる場合がございますので、ご注意ください。
今回のキャンセルポリシー導入により、いつも私どもに寄り添い、ご予約を楽しみにしてくださっているお客様にご迷惑をおかけしてしまうことを大変心苦しく思っております。
しかしながら、一部のお客様による無断キャンセル、当日キャンセル、大幅な遅刻が後を絶たず、お客様にご提供できるサービスの維持、向上のため、苦渋の決断をさせていただきました。
何卒、ご理解とご協力をお願い申し上げます。
今後も会社一同、より一層技術とサービスに磨きをかけ、お客様にご満足いただけるよう精進して参ります。

Thank you for your continued warm support.
We are writing to formally announce our updated cancellation policy, which has become necessary due to the increasing number of no-shows, same-day cancellations, and significant delays, all of which have placed a considerable burden and caused significant losses to our business.
Therefore, we will be implementing the following cancellation policy:

■ Cancellation Policy
* Any cancellation made after 5:00 PM on the day before your scheduled appointment, including same-day cancellations, will be considered a late cancellation.
* Late cancellations will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
* If you are more than 20 minutes late for a 1-hour appointment (e.g., haircut, hair styling, shampoo & blow-dry) or more than 30 minutes late for a service of 2 hours or more (e.g., color, highlights, perm, hair straightening), your appointment will be considered canceled.
* In such cases, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service.
* Please note that even a delay of 10-15 minutes may require us to shorten your service.

We sincerely regret any inconvenience this may cause to our valued customers who consistently support us and look forward to their appointments.
However, we have been forced to make this difficult decision to maintain and improve the quality of service we provide to all our customers, as we have seen a continuous increase in no-shows, same-day cancellations, and significant delays.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

What else I can say?

It took nearly 5 hours to make it this look from 6 months dark roots and a big chunk of the orange- brown line from previous do.
But it’s totally worth it for lasting next few months.
I gave her- Reset treatment, hair cut, full head lights and a half head lowlights in between highlights, toner, After color treatment, 5 step system treatment and final blowout.

I personally don’t like to take “before” photo since it’s usually not the client’s favorite look. So I don’t need to show it here , it doesn’t make anyone happy🤷‍♀️

Anyway I’m glad she is happy about her hair again🩷

コンサルテーションに45分かけました。お互い母国語ではない言語で理解し合い、着地点を見つける事が何よりも大切。
トータル5時間かかりましたが最後は笑顔でお帰りいただけました。
彼女がハッピーになったのが何より嬉しいです。
