“Salamat po sa VMV. Nabigyan po ako ng 1-month paternity leave. Kahit naka-leave ako, nakatanggap po ako ng isang buwang sahod. Malaking tulong po ito sa aming pamilya habang naka-leave at naalagaan ko ang aking mag-ina habang ako ay naka-paternity leave. At naibigay ko lahat ng kanilang pangangailangan. Lubos po akong nagpapasalamat sa aking company. Maraming-maraming salamat po.” (Thank you to VMV. I was granted a one-month paternity leave. Even while I was on leave, I still received a full month’s salary. This was a huge help to our family while I was away from work, allowing me to take care of my wife and child during my paternity leave. I was also able to provide for all their needs. It’s Melanoma Monday! 🧑‍⚕️ Skin cancer can affect people of any race, skin tone or s*x. Examine your skin and schedule a mole mapping: early detection saves lives! Wear protective clothing and never skip your sunscreen. 🧴

If you notice a suspicious spot (check near nails and in between toes and fingers, too!) or changes in a mole, see your dermatologist.

Sunburn SOS 🆘

The BEST way to treat sunburn is to prevent it. Armada Sport is sweat and water resistant! Still, the American Academy of Dermatology recommends that no matter what your sunscreen says, you must reapply at least every two hours and we agree! The skin is a living, breathing part of your body that reacts to lots of things around and on you. It’s best to reapply to make sure you’re getting the best protection.

And apply enough: a good rule of thumb is 1 oz (about a shot glass) of sunscreen for the body – the face alone needs 1 teaspoon of SPF!
