1. Deal with any enquiries and complaints and monitor customer service
2. Active engagement with clients
3. Retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation
4. Ensure the selling floor is neat, clean, organized and reflects the correct visual image at all times
5. Communicate inventory needs to support the business goal

REQUIREMENTS
1. Ability to work retail hours including days, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
2. Prior knowledge and passion for natural hair and beauty is an added advantage
3. Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
4. Reliable and punctual
5. Diploma/Certificate holder preferably in customer care or beauty is a plus.

PREMATURE GREYING

Not everyone is comfortable with greying, and we are here to help you out.
Naturally greying hair occurs as one becomes older because as the body ages it loses its ability to properly absorb and metabolize certain nutrients which impacts hair health and pigment.
