After washing, dry out the water completely by patting your hair with a towel to avoid the water accumulating at the ends and causing your ends to swell, especially for new locks.
2. Avoid using heating styling tools on your e.g. blow dryer or straightening iron as they will lose their tightly coiled shape if you use heating tools. Air-dry your hair instead.
3. Avoid using oils, waxes, and gels, as they will weigh down your hair. Use daily Leave-in Conditioner Spray, Rose Water, Aloe Vera and Peppermint essential oil which can help to avoid hair thinning by keeping your hydrated. These will help and leave you feeling lively and refreshed.

This will help to protect your sisterlocks from thinning out from the friction between them and your pillowcase.

4. Do regular maintenance
