INTESTINAL WORMS
Intestinal worms are parasites in the gastrointestinal tract, primarily on the intestinal wall, that affect people and other organisms. There are different types of intestinal worms that affect people, but the most harmful are roundworm, pinworm, whipworm and tapeworm.
Signs & Symptoms:
Parasites can live in the intestines for years without causing symptoms. When they do, symptoms include the following:
Abdominal pain
Diarrhea
Nausea or vomiting
Gas or bloating
Dysentery (loose stools containing blood and mucus)
Rash or itching around the re**um or v***a
Stomach pain or tenderness
Feeling tired
Weight loss
Passing a worm in your stool
Cause:
These things raise your risk for getting intestinal parasites:
Living in or visiting an area known to have parasites
International travel
Poor sanitation (for both food and water)
Poor hygiene
Age. Children and the elderly are more likely to get infected.
Exposure to child and institutional care centers
Having a weakened immune system
HIV or AIDS
How To Cure:
1. Coconut
Coconut is a very effective remedy for expelling all types of intestinal worms. It acts as a very strong anti-parasitic agent. Both the fruit and oil can be used to treat intestinal worms.
Eat one tablespoon of crushed coconut with your breakfast. After three hours, drink one glass of warm milk with two tablespoons of castor oil mixed in it. Repeat this process daily until the infestation disappears. Castor oil, though, is not recommended for individuals suffering from gastrointestinal disease and children below five years of age.
Also, eat four to six tablespoons of extra virgin coconut oil daily. This oil is loaded with medium-chain triglycerides that help expel parasites from your body and also boost the immune system to fight against them.
2. Garlic
Garlic is a popular anti-parasitic food that can help deal with any type of intestinal worms. Raw garlic has sulfur-containing amino acids that are anti-parasitic in nature. Plus, the antibacterial, antifungal and antiseptic properties in garlic help kill microbes in the body.
Eating three cloves of raw garlic on an empty stomach every day for one week is one of the simplest ways to get rid of all types of intestinal worms.
Alternatively, you can boil two crushed garlic cloves in one-half cup of milk and drink it on an empty stomach. Do this for about a week.
3. Unripe Papaya
Unripe papaya has been used widely in Ayurvedic medicine for many ailments, including intestinal worms. The latex from unripe papaya fruit is rich in the enzyme papain, which has anthelmintic properties that can effectively destroy intestinal worms. Plus, papaya seeds contain a substance called caricin that can help expel intestinal worms.
Mix one tablespoon each of fresh raw papaya juice and honey with three or four tablespoons of hot water. Drink it in the morning on an empty stomach. After two hours, follow it with a glass of warm milk with two tablespoons of castor oil mixed in it. Follow the treatment for two to three days. When using this remedy for children, reduce the dosage to half.
You can also grind papaya seeds into powder form. Mix two teaspoons of this powder with one cup of warm milk or water. Drink it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach for three days.
Alternatively, you can make a smoothie by grinding papaya seeds taken from an average-sized papaya, adding to it one tablespoon of coconut oil, one cup of coconut milk and chunks of papaya fruit (turning green to yellow), and blending again. Finally, mix one tablespoon of honey and blend again until smooth. Drink it daily in the morning at least for one week.
4. Garlic and lime.
Get 1liter of lime water, put enough clove of garlic..allow to soak over night and start drinking a shot of first thing in the morning for two weeks, finish: you will be glad you did.

HEALTH BENEFITS OF CLOVES
They might be tiny, but cloves are giants when it comes to nutrition and natural health.
Used often in Ayurvedic medicine, cloves are anti-fungal, antibacterial, antiseptic and analgesic. Theyβre packed with antioxidants and are good sources of minerals (especially manganese), omega-3 fatty acids, fiber and vitamins
Here are some great uses for cloves, culled from an Ayurvedic tradition:
1. TEMPORARILY TREAT A TOOTHACHE.
You can temporarily alleviate the pain by dabbing a little clove powder on a cotton ball and placing it on the sore tooth or on your gums. An added benefit is that it will also pull out any infection.
2. RELIEVE UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS.
Ayurveda suggests making a tea to lessen, or prevent, colds and flu. It is also used as an expectorant, making it easier to cough up phlegm. Cloves are a natural painkiller and also attack germs, so they'll help you get rid of that sore throat.
3. REDUCE INFLAMMATION.
Use clove to massage sore muscles; some also use it for arthritis and rheumatism.
4. TREAT SCRAPES AND BRUISES.
Cloves are pretty strong and can sting, so the best bet is to probably make a poultice with a little olive oil.
5. IMPROVE DIGESTION
Cloves help relax the smooth lining of the GI tract, so they help alleviate vomiting, diarrhea, intestinal gas and stomachaches. Just be careful; since they're strong, they can also irritate the stomach.
6. ENHANCE SEXUAL HEALTH
Sometimes used as an aphrodisiac, cloves can also help men from reaching or**sm too early.
Cloves (lavang) are very useful to control diabetes, fever, cough, cold, vomiting, indigestion, iching, allergy, thirst, headache etc.

7. REDUCES FATIGUE
To reduce Fatigue : Take 10 gms of cloves and boil them in 150 ml water till water reduces to half the original quantity (75 ml).
Filter out the cloves and take 25 ml of this liquid 3 times per day in warm condition.
This will remove all tiredness, fatigue, stress and strain effects.
8. FOR BODY PAINS :
Take enough quantity of cloves and grind it well and massage on where you feel pain.
It can be used to massage gently with fingers on teeth and gums too to reduce toothache.
Headache, joint pains will also reduce.
9. FOR SORE THROAT :
Keep 2 cloves at a time in your mouth and occassionally chew them and take its juice.
Let those cloves remain in mouth for atleast 30 minutes and delay this process to clear throat.
10. FOR COUGHT : Make cloves powder and mix it with honey and and lime, take two table spoonful 3 times daily. You can also add fresh Ginger to the mixture to make it more potent.
11. INCREASE S***M COUNT AND VITALITY: Grind two handful of Cloves with 3 gloves of Garlic, 2 Cedis wealth of Fresh onions, 330 Ml bottle of Pure Honey. Grind all the above and mix with the Honey. 3 Tables spoonful 3 x Daily.
12. HEALS PAIN IN THE INTESTINES : Take 20 gm of clove powder and add to 500 ml water.
Boil till water reduces to half quantity.
For every 4 hours warm this liquid and take 30 ml per one time.
This will reduce pain in stomach, intestines, indigestion, vomiting sensation etc.
Cloves can be chewed for a while to control feeling of vomiting.
