Quick fixes mentality and surrendering to external factors is the reason some people will not even attempt to change their lifestyle.

Breast Feeding Mothers

The quality of your breast milk is as good as your what you eat.

The breast milk will be deficient if you eat deficient, empty-calorie foods, like most of you do.

Nutrient-dense foods for breastfeeding mothers are:
- Meats(red/white)
- Organ Meats eg Liver
- Fermented whole fat dairy/non homogenised, unpasteurized dairy.
- Eggs
- Leafy green Veges
- Starchy Veges eg avocado, pumpkin, okra, onions, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower
- Bone broth
- Nuts
- Selected fruits/berries

Avoid carbohydrates/starches and seed oils such as grains, cereals, flours, margarine, uto, sunflower, canola, etc.

You may occasionally eat arrowroots, sweet potato (avoid irish potatoes), cassava, yams, beans, millet ugali/porridge(avoid maize).

Don't blame the baby for your potbelly.
While the baby may cause it, you will make it worse eating high Carbs/Sugar foods.

Walking is very effective exercise. Target 5-10k steps daily.

Completely keep off refined spiced foods such as fries, sweetened coloured dairy such as yoghurts, packed juices, soft drinks like sodas.These things that irritate your gut and that of your infant.
Remember, what you eat will be passed to your unborn or infant child.

Your food is one of the reason your baby will be irritable, lack sleep and cry all the time(bloated).

They get bloated because the mother is either bloated too or their guts can't handle the components of the food the mother is eating.

Don't make it worse giving infants the crappy alcohol "gripe water" or anything similar.

Sort your food,eat smaller quantities of food, eat less often and the baby will be fine.

Good morning Champs!

Now, Fat and skinny people belong to the same WhatsApp group.

Both have messed up guts because;

+They don't fast

+They consume inflamatory foods e.g seed oils wheat products,sugar and processed carbs

+They eat 3 meals a day, full of carbs and they still snack in between.

+They eat fruits, they drink fruit juices and carbonated drinks.

+They drink alcohol

+They don't workout

+They have bad sleeping habits

+They don't enjoy the sun

Both have to be intentional with their health.

Being skinny doesn't mean you can eat everything so that you can add weight.

Fix the gut so you can absorb nutrients adequately and get maximum benefits from diets.

Good Evening

A reminder to the system's LIES and CONFUSIONS;

+Salt is bad drop it but you can enjoy your sugar in moderation.

+Fruits are healthy even though we don't understand how healthy they are.

+Animals fats will clog your arteries even though they are not absorbed into the blood stream.

+Fasting will worsen ulcers even when you've been eating 5 meals a day to heal ulcers and you are still on Kits.

+Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eat even when you are not hungry. Just eat and make it rich in magarine,sugar,milk,cereals, sausages. I mean,NESTLE has to survive right?

+Wine is good for the heart,alcohol is not bad as long as you moderate. But we don't know how wine is "good" for the heart. Just take it.

+Sugar is not the same. We have "natural" and artificial sugar. "Natural" sugar is "healthy".

+Seed oils are vegetable oils and that they are healthy. Can't you see we have drawn some tomatoes on the container? They also have zero cholesterol. They therefore won't block your arteries.
