Hi friends and family,

Today I made Turbo (Chilli), Garlic Nan at home with Black Sim Sim and Coriander on top. The Nan turned out to be very delicious.

With Nan, I made Potato, Onions, Green Peas in Malai Curry, Gujarati Kadhi, Papad, One Big Green Chilly and Salad.

The whole lunch was a bit heavy but Very Yummy 🤤.

It’s been a long time since I posted any of my Healthy Dishes in FB .

Today after a long time, I cooked
Tuver Dal Sambhar, Uttapam, Coconut and Coriander Chutney.

Both the Sambhar and Uttapam turned out to be very delicious. Everyone at home really enjoyed.

In Uttapam, I used a lot of vegetables to make the Uttapam very healthy. The Dal was also boiled for a long time to get the flavors.
