Over one third of people experience insomnia from time to time but only a handful require treatment . Some of the causes of Insomnia include:changes in sleeping environment,stress and also caffeine.
Tips on how to deal with insomnia.
1.wake up the same time each day
2.Reduce your intake of caffeine.
3.Reduce your intake of alcohol.
4.Exercise regularly.
5.Make your sleeping environment comfortable
6.Reduce Stress.

There is nothing as delicious as a home baked granola to kick start your day.Here is a simple pan toasted granola that is not only vegan but gluten free.All you need is :
1.2 cups of rolled oats-gluten free.
2.2tablespoon,flaxseeds.
3.2 tablespoons ,sesame seeds
4.3/4 cup raw almonds
5.3/4 cups.raw chashews
6. 2 teaspoon ground cinammon
7.1/2 tea spoon sea salt
8.1/4 cup coconut oil
9.1/3 cup of coconut nectar or maple syrups.
10.1/2 cup pitted dates
11.1/2 cup golden raisins.
Toppings.
Any non dairy milk and fruits of your choice.
1.Place a large skillet/pan on the stove over medium heat ,add your coconut oil and either coconut nectar or maple syrup.cook both together until bubbly for 30-60 seconds.
2.Stir in the remaining dry ingredients,using a wooden spoon or spatula move the oatmeal mixture until all the oats and nuts turn golden brown and smell fragrant.
3. Remove the pan from the heat,add the dates and raisins.
4.Top it up with any plant based milk and fruit of your choice. Store the rest in an airtight container.

With Christmas just around the corner many of you ditch the cold winter and set sights on the sunny beaches around the world.Here are some few tips to get the perfect summer bod for vacay.
1.Resistant training
We always avoid resistant training because we think will bulk up and look like men but the truth is that women do not have too much testesterone like men.this training will help you become more toned,tight and slender.
2.Keep your body and training balanced.
Do not just train some parts of your body and neglect others you will develop Postural imbalance.Create a work out plan to train different areas in different days to allow for muscle recovery.Balance and equality is important in your exercise.
3.Eat clean
A healthy diet is important when looking to achieve a perfect beach body.Try eating a substantial amount of whole natural foods and minimise eating processed foods. Eat more lean meat,eggs,fruits,vegetables,nuts and seeds and whole-wheat carbs.
4.Hydrate.
Make water your friend.Water will help in curbing hunger and to fill you up before meals.It also helps in preventing bloating.
5.Minimise alcohol intake.
They do not call it a "beer belly" for nothing.Alcoholic drinks tend to be high in calories and no nutritional benefits.Opt for less calorie rich drinks or even abstain all together.
