And I think that’s exactly why it matters most.

Because Wednesday is where the real character is built. Not in the energy of a fresh start.

Not in the relief of a finish line. In the middle, when the motivation has worn off and the goal still feels far and you show up anyway.

Most of the people who will change their lives this year will do it on a Wednesday.
Quietly. Without applause.
