Peter Kioi says he feels his time may be running out

TikToker Peter Kioi has left many concerned after sharing deeply emotional remarks, saying he believes he may not make it past 2026 due to serious health complications.

During a TikTok live session, Kioi spoke candidly about his condition, revealing that he has been battling kidney failure alongside liver-related issues. He admitted that the illness has taken a significant toll on him, both physically and emotionally.

“The only thing I’ve managed to do is accept it, this disease has already brought me down. The next big event might just be my burial, and I hope you’ll all show up.

Lately, I’ve found myself drinking more because I couldn’t control it anymore. My condition is kidney failure, and at some point, one of my kidneys was meant to be removed, but that didn’t happen.

I’ve come to terms with everything. Some people will ask when, but all I can say is, when that day comes, don’t miss it. Just come home and greet my mum, and tell her you’re sorry.

I strongly feel like 2026 may not end with me still alive. My liver is also affected, and honestly, in my position, you wouldn’t know what to do either.
