An ultimate, non-traditional eye liner product specially formulated to provide full, opaque coverage to line the eyes. It contains 2 different tip finishes in one product – pencil and liquid, It is long-lasting, smudge proof and fade proof. The liquid liner glides on smoothly and dries quickly to a black semi matte finish. The pencil formula is a slightly creamy texture to apply easily and turn up!

This is a product created for you to play with different looks on every eye shape, from think, bold lines, to a dramatic, thick, cat eye (meowww)!!
