I find this thought very wise. Because we can’t control other people. But we can control how we react to other people’s behavior.💯

Frankly, I’m not very good at controlling my emotions, let me not play and expert here😅 But I really want to learn this technique of just breathing in and letting go of negative emotions.

Recently keeping busy have been somewhat helpful. There is just no time for stress😬 But it’s a bit dangerous as this can lead to burn out. So I try to use it but not overdo.

And also positive thinking is the key. Knowing that nothing in this life is permanent calms me down sometimes😅 Especially in tough times.

I guess that’s all for me...maybe mindfulness but I still can’t crack the code of this one.🧘🏼‍♀️

Actually, I want to go to India to finally learn the art of meditation and letting all thoughts go. Just clear the mind and go with the flow! Nirvana...
