How I will keep you updated on my progress is by updating planned menu/workouts VS actual food and workouts for the week every Sunday/Monday. Weigh in as well....

For now, I will be on the Keto diet, 2liters of water and 3miles walk. Im also planning to do a workout challange with my girls

I don't measure the food, I eat to my fill.. And I really eat! Veggies/Salad and meat (fish, pork, beef, lamb, liver, eggs) are what's available to me. I have avos with almost all my meals. Lucky they are in season.

Good morning family,

I did lazy keto for the last week.

Dated 27th to 3rd May.

Ate potatoes, rice and bread in very small quantities.

Generally had

egg and avos for breakfast
Meat and veggies/salad for lunch and dinner

Didnt have a schedule or menu. Worked with the flow. I was visiting just went with the flow. It was very easy.

Day 5, 6 and 7 went very well and today was my weigh in.

DAY 5/7
I ate
*1/4 kg minced meat
*1/4 kg goat meat
6 raw tomatoes
*2litres of water
*Black coffee 2 cups
*1 cup green tea

DAY 6/7
I ate
*cabbage soup all morning 2 bowls
*2 boiled eggs
*1/4 chicken
*Vegetables (cucumber & tomatoes in black pepper)
*1.5liters of water

DAY 7/7
*2 cups of coffee
*2 Sausages (damn!!!)
*1/4 chicken
*Fried cabbages
*Pineapple piece
*1 apple
*2 fried eggs(I know!!!)
*1/2 Chapati
*2 liters of water

Today is 4/7

6bananas
I bowl cabbage soup
A few pieces of meat
Managu
4cups of coffee in milk
1.5liters water

I also excersised... I did 1.5miles of a home DVD - walk away the pounds

DAY 3 of 7

Fruit and Vegetables
Today I had

2ltr of water
2 cups coffee
2 cups green tea
Raw veg salad(cucumber, tomatoe, green Hoho, red Hoho, carrots, black pepper, lemon juice)
Cooked managu
1 big avocado
1 large slice watermelon
1 orange
Fruit salad (melon, mango, pineapple, apple)

Today is day 2 of the 7 day GM detox diet.

I ate
4 small boiled potatoe with cheese
3 bowls of GM soup
2.5 liters of water
1 large cucumber
3 carrot sticks
3 cups of green tea
1 cup black ginger tea

Today I got hungry but that soup was able to take care of hunger. My bathroom visits are not that frequent or am I getting used to the water intake?

Today was good because the meals were hot. And the crunchie carrots with ginger tea is a new snack I'll keep having.

We nailed it! Woop! Woop!

DAY 1/7

Today was a fruits and water day.

In total today I ate

2apples,
1pear,
1 large avocado,
1/4 of a large pineapple,
2 large slices of watermelon,
2 oranges

2.5liters of water
2cups of black sugarless tea

My bathroom visits were frequent. I did not like that!

I have prepared for my weight loss journey. I start with detox for 7 days then keto.
