Eyebags were the main concern.
Undereye filler and nasolabial fold filler were used to improve facial balance and soften shadows.
Important to understand: dermal filler is not a treatment for eyebags.
Eyebags are often caused by fat pads, skin laxity, fluid retention, or genetics.
What filler can do:
• Restore volume in the tear trough area
• Reduce the hollow that creates a shadow under the eye
• Create a smoother transition from the lower eyelid to the cheek

In this case we treated:
• Tear trough (undereye) - to reduce the hollow and shadowing
• Nasolabial folds (smile lines) - to soften depth and improve mid-face support
Why treat both areas?
When mid-face support improves, the lower eyelid area often looks more balanced.
The result is a more rested appearance, not a different face.
