The Admin & Office Manager position is in-person on site and supports the administrative functions of the Company with varied tasks.

—

* A Day in the Life of an Admin & Office Manager *

Oversee the day-to-day office operations for the Dermalux Cambodia office.

Hire, train, oversee and manage the worker pool for the office.

Examines workflow and revises processes to improve efficiency, as needed.

Greets guests and visitors to the office and assists them with prompt and courteous responses.

Answer email and phone calls promptly. Research answers to questions are not known, guide them to the correct person / department who can ensure accuracy.

Receive and sort mail. Receive packages and notify recipients to pick up package in a timely manner.

Office systems and equipment. Oversees the ordering of equipment and supplies. Oversees the maintenance of office equipment. Checks stock to determine inventory levels; anticipates, maintains, and replenishes inventory.

Establishes and maintains systems for administration of records for the assigned area, including electronic files and databases.

Designs filing systems and ensures filing systems are maintained and up to date. Transfers and disposes records according to retention schedules and policies.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all departmental and company policies and procedures as well as applicable industry standards and ensures adherence to them.

Assists with events and meetings as needed.

Alias with our Company Secretary on any paper work or assistance required.

Assist with monthly tax declaration.

Assist with Employee Payroll.

Assist with Product Registration with Ministry of Health.

Report directly to Managing Director and other Senior Directors / Shareholders.

Performs other related duties as assigned or requested. The Company reserves the right to add or change duties at any time.

* Skills, Qualifications and Experience Needed *

Bachelor's degree Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education Minimum Experience: 3 years Minimum.

Field of Expertise: Office management combined with experience in budget administration.

Proven ability to identify, retain, manage and develop strong teams.

Ability to identify and problem solve, set expectations, goals and delegate.

Knowledge and understanding of all company aesthetic and beauty products and services.

Must be able to lead by example and perform duties that you staff performs.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Efficient with Microsoft and/or Apple products.

Proven ability to manage a diverse group of workers/colleagues.

Language Proficiency Requirements: Khmer and English.
