Most of the people get confused, that work has set and cannot change, obviously yes , the change need to adapt for the good not the habit into current situation’s problem.
Example : i try to work adapt to rehabilitation protocol but my resource doesn’t fit it well so i need to modify it a month later after feedback from the team.

The patient with cardiac disease always be unpredictable, as an anesthesiologist , I always make everything is being prepared.

As an anesthesiologist, I always found out the patient has FAS in septic shock and hemorrhage shock due to fluid over load by panic fluid filling after hypotension. ☺️

Every patient doesn’t have same clinical feature but they have something in common.
