What happens when breath, body movement and presence come together as one flowing inner journey — awakening grounded energy and inner stillness?

This is a unique Shamanic Qigong experience inspired by the ancient roots of the 8 Brocades and Shibashi Qigong.

Blending conscious movement, grounding meditation, breath awareness and elemental flow, this workshop invites you into a meditative and embodied journey through energy, presence and deep inner connection.

Inspired by ancient traditions and intuitive movement, the shamanic element of the journey invites participants to move beyond technique and reconnect with the deeper intelligence of breath, body, rhythm and inner awareness.

The session gradually unfolds from stillness into movement.

We begin with grounding and awareness practices before moving into a flowing Qigong sequence inspired by the elements — including earth, water, wood and fire — supporting a deeper connection between breath, body and energy.

Through slow intentional movement and embodied presence, the practice may support:
• nervous system regulation
• grounding and emotional balance
• release of tension and stagnant energy
• increased body awareness and energetic flow
• rooted strength, calm and inner clarity

Toward the end of the journey, the energy softens into a guided meditative music and shamanic drum experience, allowing space to integrate, land and reconnect with inner stillness.
