Change can feel scary, hard and uncomfortable that’s why most of us humans stay in the exact same place. We stay in a job that just pays the bills, in a relationship that doesn’t really suit your needs/ desires, being with friends you ve had your whole life, and none of this is bad its not the life I ever desired. I’ve always wanted a big life where I wake up in the morning dancing, feeling like I’m not working a day in my life because I love my job, dancing in the living room naked and singing at the top of my lungs, being with people I want to hug and never let go of, having so much love for myself that no one else’s opinions really affect me. So I made a change, it was hard. I changed jobs, several times until I found the right fit. I left the relationship and stopped lying to myself about who I actually am. I left the country where I didn’t feel like I could grow and change anymore. I took myself off of the “crutch” the medication that was numbing me not to feel anything. I made the decision to be happy, to live a life of truth and happiness. It’s been a very uncomfortable ride emotionally and mentally but worth it. Feeling and going through big emotions is extremely hard but I am so grateful for the support I have received along the way. Life is tough, feeling is hard, change is hard, but we get through it. Part of my life purpose is to help people operate in a place of love and not fear. Are you ready to face your fears? As a breath coach this is what I do. I work with people to tap into their truest potentials. Are you ready to take the leap and stop letting the fear run your life ? Dm me to see if we can be a good match to work together.

As someone who helps people in physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual ways, I have learned to understand the importance of balance. I took antidepressants for over 20 years and I am so grateful that I had access to that medicine or else I don’t know if I’d be here to write this post. I learned very early on that medication was only part of what was going to make me feel better, but somewhere in me, I knew I needed other strategies to help me heal.
Sure, going to the gym and eating healthy was part of it, but that was just about my physical health. It wasn’t until I started to do the work on my mental, emotional, and spiritual health, that I was able to really start healing. Starting to connect to myself through practices like breathwork and meditation, allowed me to go deeper into the “whys.” They allowed me to question things, to get curious about my life, and to spend some time alone. Time alone... This is when we are really forced to get quiet and the truth appears.
As a breathwork coach/holistic healer, I am so passionate about helping people in all ways. Breathwork therapy is a non-traditional way to help, and such a great complement to traditional therapy.
I know my purpose in this life is to support others and help them feel better. I continue to connect to the natural healing tools I have within me every day, but sometimes I will also take the medication if I need to. It’s all about balance.
It was an absolute honour to be asked to be a part of this day conference for the Civil Service College. I love teaching people the power of breath and stillness even for a short pause. Taking a moment to be with your breath calms the body and mind and helps you to have more clarity. I will continue to teach the benefits of breath work whenever I go!
What an absolute pleasure to speak with Charles on his podcast: When we Pause. I could talk about the benefits of breathwork and mediation forever. Thank you for having me on as a guest!
