1/2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 cup sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 180 c
Instructions :
Beat butter, sugar. Add eggs, vanilla. Then add flour mixture.
Scoop dough into muffins thins.
Bake.
(perfect with pastry cream, chocolate, lemon pudding, ice cream....)

Garlic bread recipe 🍞
Ingredients
For the dough :
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
1 1/4 cup warm milk
1/2 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
For the filling :
1 minced garlic
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
Instructions :
1 - combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar.
2 - once the mixture is foamy, gradually mix in the flour and salt.
3 - knead the dough into a smooth ball.
4 - Cover and allow the dough to rise for 1 hr in a warm place.
5 - combine parsley and garlic.
6 - preheat oven to 180 degrees. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
7 - spread the filing over the dough.
8 - sprinkle mozzarella over the top.
9 - grease a loaf pan and place the dough inside, cover and allow to rise for about 1 hr.
10 - brush with olive oil, and bake for 30 /35 mn.

Vegan nutella recipe, dairy free, refined sugar free.
Ingredients
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/3 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Plant based milk (optional if the Nutella is too thick)
Instructions
1 - spread hazelnuts on a baking sheet and place in the oven (160 degrees) 8 /10 mn.
2 - remove the hazelnuts skin.
3 - pour into a high powered food processor or blender.
4 - blend until u obtain a smooth butter (takes around 15 mn).
5 - add the rest of ingredients into the blend. (until well combined) if the nutella us too thick u can add a splash of milk.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2 weeks.

How to prevent mold in cheese?
Just damp a paper towel with vinegar,(just enough that u can tell it is damp) fold it, wrappe the cheese in the paper towel and place inside a ziploc bag . Store in refrigerator.
Cheese will last for weeks stored this way.
