the Tonic Gym - Grand Hills Hotel & SPA is now recruiting a part time and a full time certified lifeguard.

On the occasion of the GOOD Friday on the 3rd of April 2015 please be aware that:
- No oriental dance class will be given at 10:00am
- No gymnastics classes will be given at 4:30pm and 5:30pm
- No aerobics classes will be given at 7:30pm

All other classes will be given following the regular schedule.

- Swedish training and stretching classes wih instrctor Pierre Mardini:
Every Monday from 7.30pm till 8.30pm
Every Saturday from 10.00am till 11.00am

- Zumba classes with instructor Marcelino Gebrayel
Every Tuesday from 6.30pm till 7.30pm
Every Thursday from 6.30pm till 7.30pm
